Placing Orders

Orders may be placed on-line, by fax, by mail or by phone - our Freephone order line is 0800 6526774

To order on-line you need to log-in first. If you haven't logged-in before, then you need to sign-up. Once you have logged-in you can browse the product database adding items to your shopping basket before checking out and placing your order.

All orders are subject to availability and the following information is required:

• A Purchase Order Number

• Name, delivery and invoice addresses, phone number and email address.

• Confirmation of VAT status. A valid VAT exemption certificate must accompany orders that are exempt of VAT. If ordering on-line, there is a VAT exemption form that should be completed at the time of ordering. If the purchaser is outside of the UK, but within the European Union, then a VAT number is required.

Order Confirmation
Confirmation of telephone orders by fax or mail should be clearly marked as "CONFIRMATION"

Payment
Payment can be either by invoice or credit card. Invoices should be paid no later than 30 days after the invoice date, and customers must themselves pay any bank charges that are incurred in making the payment. Full payment instructions are set out on the invoice.

Our credit card order handling system is a secure payment system that ensures that your credit card details remain safe. All credit card numbers are encrypted in the software when the order is placed and they are only decrypted after they reach our computers. They are not held in clear text on any website and are deleted from our server after they have been noted, to ensure complete security.

Security
You will notice when you reach the encryption process, as the screen messages will confirm a move to a secure (SSL) server, the domain name will start with https:// and a small padlock will appear at the bottom of the screen.

Shipping
Shipping is normally by the most efficient route and at ambient temperature or on dry ice / cool packs where appropriate. Active virus preparations may incur a hazardous shipment charge.

Receipt of Product
The product and packaging should be examined carefully on receipt. Any damage, loss or incorrect items should be communicated immediately. Risk is passed on at the time of delivery.

Pricing
Prices are subject to change without notice and are exclusive of VAT, packing and freight. Whilst every effort is made to keep information provided by Autogen Bioclear accurate and up to date, the company will not be liable to you or anyone else if errors should occur in information provided in literature or on the website.

Title
All goods and services supplied on credit terms remain the property of Autogen Bioclear UK Ltd until paid for in full.

Product Guarantees
Autogen Bioclear offers a product guarantee based on the information on the data sheet. Should any product fail for reasons other than misuse, then the company will refund or replace the product.
