DNA Transfection Reagent for Insect Cells
Fectofly is a set of DNA transfection reagents dedicated to insect cells for transfection, and for high level production of baculovirus and recombinant proteins.
FectoFly™ I is a new DNA transfection reagent dedicated to insect cells for high level production of baculovirus and recombinant proteins. Fectofly™ I reagent allows sucessfull transfection of adherent and suspension insect cell cultures both in the latest generation of serum-free media and in the presence of serum. By simple and rapid transient transfection methods, Fectofly™ I provide high transfection efficiency of insect cells such as Sf9, Sf21, Tn5 and robust protein expression. FectoFly™ II is a new DNA transfection reagent dedicated to insect cells derived from Drosophila melanogaster cell-lines such as Schneider cells (S2). Fectofly™ II reagent allows sucessfull transfection of adherent and suspension insect cell cultures both in the latest generation of serum-free media and in the presence of serum with simple and rapid transient transfection methods.
