JetPEI is a polymeric transfection NON lipid DNA transfection reagent that is extremely efficient in a wide variety of eukaryotic cells. Reports in the literature show that successful transfection was observed for over 200 adherent as well as non-adherent cell lines. It is also particularly suitable for fragile, slow-dividing cells such as primary cells. jetPEI is easy to use and shows low toxicity, AND can be used in the presence of serum and antibiotics.
